Obtained through the winterization process, where crude sunflower oil is cooled to precipitate waxes. The waxes are then separated by filtration and further purified to obtain sunflower wax.

Origin: Crude sunflower oil extracted from sunflower seeds (Helianthus annuus).
Appearance: Hard, brittle, yellowish-white to pale yellow solid with a waxy texture.
Taste: Not applicable (non-edible).
Packaging: Bulk tankers, Flexi tanks, IBCs, 20L jerrycans
Certifications: ISO 22000, HACCP, Non-GMO

Applications

Cosmetics and Personal Care: Used in lipsticks, creams, lotions, and balms as a natural thickener and emollient.
